Walter Otis Bell

Walter Otis Bell was born to Otis Bell and Sara Garvin in Daytona Beach Fl at Halifax Hospital on 2/12/1959. He spent his childhood in Daytona beach .Graduated Spruce Creek high school in June 1977and entered the US army after his time in the Army he returned to Daytona beach and attended Daytona Beach community college where he maintained a 4.0 gpa and made the deans list several times. He moved to Miami and met Angela Bell and fathered two daughters Destine and Deambra. He was a family man, with a soft spot in his heart for his girls. He had a passion for driving trucks and worked at Nolan plumbing as a driver and retired from Publix Warehouse. In 1997 he was ordained as a Deacon at Faith Anointed Ministry under the leadership of his uncle Pastor Charles Garvin.He took great pride in helping lead many souls to Christ. He made a lasting impact of everyone he came across either with his infectious laugh or his strong political views. He was a natural giver and always made sure those around him were taken care of. He took pride in his knowledge and shared it with anyone that he could.
