Obituary A Time To Be Born: Valarie Denise Atwell Hayward was born to Mary Daughtry and Billie Atwell in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Her parents both preceded her in death. A Time To Learn and Work: She attended school in the Broward County Public Schools and Broward College. Valarie worked as tax pro at H&R Block and became an enrolled agent at Block Advisors. She served clients and built relationships with colleagues for twenty years. She served the community, loved to travel, shop, and be with family. She was an assistant cheerleading coach to the Pompano Chiefs. A Time To Worship: Valarie was member of Thomas Temple Church of God in Christ and their youth department. A Time To Rest: Valarie was called home on September 12, 2021. A Time To Mourn: She dedicated her life to being a loving mother. She was all about family. She will be greatly missed by her nine children: Tyesha Atwell, Joel Hayward Jr., Brittany Hayward, Jerel Hayward, Sarah Hayward, Jasmine Hayward, Joshua Hayward, Ty’miah Hayward, and Janiah Hayward; a brother, Frank (Hattie) Daughtry, Millen, Ga.; two nieces: Crystal Daughtry, Victoria Daughtry, two god daughters: Roneisha Sampson, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. and Gianna Holmes, Trenton, NJ.; aunts: Carrie Lee (Jerry) Dixon, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., Bertha (Sidney) Rhule, Plantation, Fl., Willie Mae Brown, Twin City, Ga., Janie Daughtry, Twin City, Ga.; uncle Richard Daughtry, Twin City, Ga., and host of loving supportive cousins near and far.
