Nancy Ann Lumsdon Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

On April 18, 1947 in the town of Multrie, Georgia, Nancy Ann was born to the parentage of the late Felton Thomas and Mattie Mae Davis. God placed a call to his Angels on September 25, 2021 and called Nancy Ann Lumsdon home to be with her parents and her grandchildren Eugenia Lumsdon, Jacob Lee Dawkins, Jawan Matthews, Kabria Lumsdon and Marquis Lumsdon. She received her education within the Georgia and Broward County School Systems and later obtained her G.E.D. Nancy was the backbone to her family, she left behind her loving and devoted family: Two Sons Eugene Lumsdon, Jr. and Willie James Lumsdon, Three Daughters Angela Lumsdon (Lonike), Shirley Patterson (George), and Jennifer Lumsdon. A Host of Grand children and Great Grandchildren. Three Brothers Charles Thornton, David Thornton and Melton Thornton. Two Sisters Laura Thornton and Zedra Mae Lee. Four additional children in which she raised as her own Anthony Matthews, Antoinella Matthews, Terrence Jackson(Christina) and Adrian Jackson. Her number one Daugther-in-law Carrie Dawkins, Best Friend Sharon Fuller (Charlie) and a host of other family and friends who all adored her in every waywho will continue to capture her legacy Nancy was known by many and touched many hearts. She was known for her flawless persona and bright smile. She was a kindhearted woman who cared for strangers providing for other ones that could not provide for themselves. Although Nancy is gone, her spirit will live through so many lives near and far. We will miss her dearly but we know that she went on with the Lord to be an angel over the people she loved the most.
