Mattie Lee Walls, known to many as “Tiny”, was born on September 1, 1938, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to the late Mr. John and Mrs. Mary Ware of Greenville, FL. Mattie was joined in holy matrimony for 50 years to the late Cleveland Walls and they lived in Pompano Beach, FL. Mattie received her education in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mrs. Walls lived a happy and comfortable life with her devoted husband Cleveland. They never had any children, but God blessed them with a dedicated Godson: Kerry D. Robinson and a loving Goddaughter Jenae Cooper, they enhanced their family quality of life. Mrs. Walls was a righteous woman, her church affiliation was Royal Assembly Church with Pastor Mother Frances in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mattie was a person who loved to clean, spring clean on a weekly basis. She loved people and engaging in family fun & activities. She also admired the color blue, her home showed great details of that. Mrs. Walls departed this life on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at Sunrise Health & Rehabilitation Center in Sunrise, FL. She leaves to mourn her passing, three sisters: Rebecca McNeil, Lena Bing of Fort Lauderdale, FL., Linda Ware-Deberry of Jesup, GA; one brother: Robert Lee Ware of Ft. Lauderdale; one brother-in-law: James McNeil; two Godchildren: Kerry Robinson, Jenae Cooper both of Pompano Beach, FL; God Grandchildren: Marissa Robinson, Christopher Robinson, Logan Robinson; God Great Grandsons: Bryson – Muse Robinson and Logan Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbors and friends.
