James Lee Coney was born on March 10th 1953 to the late Tommy Lee Coney and Sarah Brown in Dublin, Georgia. James attended grade schools in broward county, and he went on to support his family after completing school. In 1985 Mr. James met the love of his life Ms Rosemary Mathis, on September 25, 2013 James officially changed her name to Mrs. Rosemary Mathis Coney. He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife Rosemary Coney, one daughter Janette Coney; Bonus children children Crystal and Barbara Jackson Demetrius and Damon (Robyn) Mathis. A host of grandchildren with one great grand. Sisters Dora Everett and Alfreda Coney. Sister-in-laws Barbara Nell Mathis, Emma Jean Macmillan, Janie Mathis, and Vera Parker. One brother Albert Lewis Brown Brother-in-laws Frank Mathis, Larry Mathis, James Mathis, Michael Mathis and John Mathis. A host of nieces and nephews and other family which he loved dearly.
