Yvette Richelieu

Yvette Richelieu was born in Port- de-Paix Haiti on July 1st, 1947 to Louisianne and Richelieu FIls . She attended school at “Les Soeurs de St Louis du Nord” and graduated from “Ecole Normale Superieur in Port-au-Prince. Yvette was not only a teacher, but also a loving mother, an amazing grandmother and a great friend. She passed away unexpectedly on January 22nd, at the age of 69. At Health North Broward. Yvette is survived by her children: Jean Gardy (jean Doudou), Marc-Antoine, (Thony) and Marly (Mama). Her Borthers and sisters: Joseph, Luke, Volvick, Jean Richard, Marie Rose, Laura, Sophie and Anne-Marie (Jacqueline) Yvertte was a devoted teacher, She spent over 25 years teaching at College Marie-Anne. She took time to tutor the children from her neighborhood and aspired to contribute to their educational well-being. She was also a proud member of the Catholic church and was a member of Eucharistic, Charismatic, and Legion at her beloved church . Her favorite hobbies were to finish up word search and listen to evangelical music. Yvette will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
