Your Loving Children Life’s Reflections On February 8, 2018, God called one of his loving servants to come home. This servant was Mrs. Patricia Smith Boynton. Patricia was born to the parentage of the late James Smith and Zelma Hollis in Ocala, Florida. Who was She? Patricia was reared in Ocala, Florida with her loving late brother, Amos Smith. She was a proud graduate of Howard High School Class of 1956. Patricia was a member of Seed Sowers of Faith Christian Center, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. under the leadership of her son, Pastor Johnny Boynton. Patricia Smith married the late William F. Boynton on August 20, 1956, and to this union, six children were born. She set good examples for her children, by telling and showing them the right thing to do. She was the Matriarch and the strength of her family. At Patricia’s house, the door was always open. Her house was a safe haven. Sweet tea could be poured up in minutes, and the dining room table was a place of peace and non-judgement. Anyone who needed to talk/vent was welcomed anytime. She loved to cook and you were guaranteed a meal. A Give me my flowers, yet while I live. We gave you your flowers every day! Sometimes we wonder about the lives that we have; Would we be at the same crossroads if we had taken another path? If you were not our Mother, would our lives be the same? Would we lead a life of failure or would we lead a life of fame; But then we reminisce on how you were so good to us. You molded, scolded and showed us what life could be; you protected, respected And were always there for us; if not for you, we would not be who we are. We had you Mother, we need not more; That’s why we thank the Lord for the one we’ve had Momma, We Love You Forever!
