Little Jessie James Robinson

On October 17, 2024, Little Jessie James Robinson, 69, of Deerfield Beach, FL completed his assignment on earth and was called to eternal rest with his Lord and Savior. He was born to the late Bennie L. Robinson and Oris H. Robinson in Valdosta, Georgia on July 8, 1955. Two brothers, John Ellis Robinson, Willie George Robinson, and five sisters, Eather Lee Green, Cora Bee Wilson, Earnestine Rouland, Bennie Mae Robinson, and Della Mae Lambert preceded him in death. January 14, 1971 at the age of 15, with his family, he moved to South Florida (Pompano Beach) and attended Coconut Creek High School, graduating in June 1974 under a college preparatory course load. He furthered his education at the University of Florida from 1974 to 1977. In 1978, he joined the United States Army and honorably discharged in May 1990 from the Army Reserves. Upon returning home from the service, he worked at Winn Dixie, later becoming general manager until 1988. In 1987, he attended Florida Institute of Massage and earned a degree as a Massage Therapist. In 1988, he became self-employed as an MT, forming “Little Hands Massage Therapist, Inc”. In 1993, he enrolled at Boca Junior Community College, graduating in 1996. In 1996, he later attended Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine for Acupuncture and Herbs, graduating in 1999 after passing the national boards. Little continued obtaining degrees and certifications in Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Master of Oriental Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bachelor of Science and Health, Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a host of other Holistic studies, training's, certificates, and licenses until his untimely passing. Little’s title included but are not limited to AP, DOM, ND, CBP, LMT, and NP. Education has always been an integral part of Little’s life and his passion was to help those around him. There was always a smile on his face and love in his heart; he never knew a stranger and everyone he met became a part of his extended family. The world was brighter by his existence and his smile will forever light up the universe. He leaves to cherish his children: Erin (Victor) Robinson and Jessica (Derrick) Blowe both of Deerfield Beach, FL; 8 grandchildren: Victor Jr., Tate’ana, JayDen, Elijah, Jordyn, Taliyah, Jaylyn, and Johanna (Baby Hana); 1 brother: Bennie Robinson III of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; 5 sisters: Annette Baynard and Ernestine Graham, both of Quitman, GA, Ruby Brown of Pompano Beach, FL, Lindy (Curtis) Jenkins and Mary (James) Lisbon, both of Valdosta, GA. 1 aunt, Dorothy Hope of Swainsboro, GA; 1 best friend, Joe Lombardino; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers, and extended Diamond Dolls family.
