Lester Williams

Lester Rinella Williams was born to the late Clarence and Maude Williams on September 15th, 1965. Lester was baptized early in life. Lester was a sickly child from the beginning of his life. He loved to stay busy. When Lester was a young boy, he went fishing with Mrs. Alma King, she took him fishing a few times and Lester got the hang of it and loved to go fishing. Every time Mrs. King went fishing Lester went with her. After a while he started going fishing by himself. He loved it so much it became a hobby. Lester got his fishing license. Lester enjoyed fishing. Sometimes Lester would stay on the pier all night. Lester had two nephews that he taught how to fish, that was Elijah and Eric. Lester taught them everything about how to fish. Hooked worms, and casting. Also educated them on the names of many kinds of fish. Lester would take his children fishing or sometimes just for an ice cream. When Lester got his grand boys, they learned how to fish too! Lester also loved himself another nephew William Johnson. They grew up together and loved each other. Just like brothers. Lester went to Coconut Creek High School. There he completed school and graduated. He later got a job working for the Naglebush Plumbing Co. in 1984 and as a benefit of this employment also in 1984, he became a member of the Local 719 Union. Lester was a very good plumber with great work ethics which he inherited from his Father. He made sure these same work ethics were instilled in his Children. Lester attended Northeast High School at night and completed his Journeyman Plumbing License Program, which allowed Lester to work all over Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties. Later, Lester met Marsha Offord. She had a son Dominic. And they later had 3 children together. Courtney Justin and Lawrence. Lester learned everything about dressing girls, fixing their hair and many other things that girls needed also. Lester had plenty of help taking care of them from Mrs. Eloise Lee. He talked about how much he loved her. How they went to church on Sunday mornings, sneaked away, had breakfast, laughed and talked. Lester talked about how she taught him how to take care of the children. Lester never stopped trying to live, he had several heart operations, gastric surgery and many doctors' appointments. Lester fought a great fight, but on August 18th, 2024, God call Lester home to rest. Lester leaves to mourn in his passing: 4 children Dominic L. Offord (Wife Jennifer Felton), Courtney Williams, Pompano Beach FL, Justin Williams (Wife Keyona Monay) Fort Lauderdale Fl, and Lawrence Williams. A very dear Caretaker for Lester, Patrice H. Adam and Marsha Offord the Children’s Mother. Many grandchildren: Nicholas Offord, Jenna Offord, Emmanual Williams, Dupree Williams and Adonis Adam. Grandsons, Justin Lee Williams Jr., Teidyn Jace Williams, King James Williams, Jaelyn Lee Williams and Eden Deen R. King.
